Common use of Arbitrator's Decision and Compensation Clause in Contracts

Arbitrator's Decision and Compensation. The arbitrator selected will render his/her decision in writing after the grievance has been submitted to him/her and his/her hearing is closed. The arbitrator's decision, when so rendered, will be final and binding on the parties. The parties shall share the fees and expenses of the arbitrator equally. Each party will be responsible for their own expenses and expenses of their witnesses.
