Arcelormittal Tubular Products Canada Inc. Pension Plan for Woodstock Unionized Employees A. All existing Woodstock unionized employees as of March 31, 2014, will continue to accrue service under the existing defined benefit pension plan. Woodstock unionized employees who are on a layoff status as of March 31, 2014, and who are recalled to work at a later date will continue to accrue service under the existing defined benefit pension plan. B. Effective April 1, 2014, a new defined contribution component (called the DC Component) will be added to the current pension plan and will be administered as described below.

Arcelormittal Tubular Products Canada Inc. Pension Plan for Woodstock Unionized Employees – DC Component A. Eligibility & Enrollment 1. Applies only to newly hired Woodstock unionized employees effective April 1, 2014 and later. 2. Enrollment will be effective commencing with the first payroll cycle coincident with or immediately following the employee’s completion of the required probationary period (480 working hours). Upon enrollment, a defined contribution account will be established in the participant’s name. 3. Employees being enrolled in the Plan will be asked to name a beneficiary. If the employee does not provide a valid beneficiary designation, the beneficiary will be determined in accordance with Plan provisions. 4. Employees being enrolled in the Plan will also be asked to provide investment instructions for their defined contribution account. If no or incomplete investment instructions are provided or if instructions are provided after contributions have been posted to the employee’s account, the employee’s account will be invested in the default investment fund until such time as complete investment instructions are provided.

  • COVID-19 Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.

  • Existing Products Except as set forth below, Contractor shall retain all rights, title and interest in Existing Products.

  • TOBACCO FREE CAMPUS All Orange County operations under the Board of County Commissioners shall be tobacco free. This policy shall apply to parking lots, parks, break areas and worksites. It is also applicable to Contractors and their personnel during contract performance on County owned property. Tobacco is defined as tobacco products including, but not limited to, cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes, chewing tobacco and snuff. Failure to abide by this policy may result in civil penalties levied under Chapter 386, Florida Statutes and/or contract enforcement remedies.

  • API If the Software offers integration capabilities via an API, your use of the API may be subject to additional costs or Sage specific policies and terms and conditions (which shall prevail in relation to your use of the API). You may not access or use the API in any way that could cause damage to us or the Software, or in contravention of any applicable laws. We reserve the right in our sole discretion, to: (i) update any API from time to time; (ii) place limitations around your use of any API; and (iii) deny you access to any API in the event of misuse by you or to otherwise protect our legitimate interests.

  • First Aid Kits The Employer shall provide an area, equipped with a first-aid kit, for the use of Employees taken ill during working hours.

  • Eligible Products For the purpose of this Campaign, any MICHELIN passenger car, SUV, or Commercial Light Truck tyre models are individually referred to as “Eligible Product”.

  • Products Products available under this Contract are limited to Software, including Software as a Service, products and related products as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index. Vendor may incorporate changes to their product offering; however, any changes must be within the scope of products awarded based on the posting described in Section 1.B above. Vendor may not add a manufacturer’s product line which was not included in the Vendor’s response to the solicitation described in Section 1.B above.
