Design Submittal definition

Design Submittal means a set of design documents for the Project that will be submitted to the City for review as the Project moves through various review and approval processes that are consistent with standard City of Puyallup submittal procedures.
Design Submittal has the meaning indicated in Section C.1.3.1 of Schedule 18;
Design Submittal means, with respect to a particular Site, the delivery to District of the graphical representation of the layout and electrical design of the System.

  • The Concrete Supplier shall certify on the Mix Design Submittal Form that the chloride ion content in all concrete mix designs used on the project does not exceed the limits stated above.

  • Any adjustments in approved mix designs including changes in admixtures shall be submitted in writing with the specified Concrete Mix Design Submittal Form to the Engineer and Owner's Testing Laboratory for approval prior to field use.

  • The Design Submittal shall address all comments from the Preliminary Engineering Phase of the project.

  • The Department will include any additional comments based on the Final Design Submittal review within the CRS.

  • The Consultant shall deliver both a hard copy and an electronic copy of each Design Submittal required under a Work Order.


More Definitions of Design Submittal

Design Submittal means (i) all drawings including structural layout, site civil modification drawings, mechanical and electrical drawings and drawings submitted in connection with the schematic, development and construction design phases documents (ii) product description information, (iii) Project Schedule, (iv) permit package and related documents and (v) any other documents submitted in connection with the applicable System.
Design Submittal means plans, specifications, and design documentation

Related to Design Submittal

  • Submittal means Bids, Proposals, Quotes, qualifications or other information submitted in response to requests for Bids, Requests for Proposals, Requests for Qualifications, requests for Quotations, or other City requests for information, as such terms are defined in Section 1.06.251 TMC.

  • Design Criteria means the design criteria set out in the Ministry’s publication “Design Criteria for Sanitary Sewers, Storm Sewers and Forcemains for Alterations Authorized under Environmental Compliance Approval”, (as amended from time to time).

  • Design-bid-build means a project delivery method in which:

  • Design storm means a hypothetical discrete rainstorm characterized by a specific duration, temporal distribution, rainfall intensity, return frequency, and total depth of rainfall.

  • Design-build means a project delivery method in which the detailed design and subsequent construction is provided through a single contract with a Design-Build firm; a team, partnership, or legal entity that includes design professionals and a builder. The Design-Build Project delivery shall be implemented in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code § 2166.2531.2

  • Acceptance Tests means those tests performed during the Performance Period which are intended to determine compliance of Equipment and Software with the specifications and all other Attachments incorporated herein by reference and to determine the reliability of the Equipment.

  • Design Standards means the standards developed as a requirement of the Programmatic Agreement
