The Design Submittal shall address all comments from the Preliminary Engineering Phase of the project.
The Design Submittal shall include the submittal of the construction ready Plans on 11”x17”, Specifications, and a Cost Estimate (PS&E) in accordance with FBCED requirements.
The Final Design Submittal must also 12 include a Comment Resolution Form showing how the Final Design Submittal addresses the 13 review comments generated during the previous Submittal reviews.
