ARID BILGE SYSTEM. Each compartment shall also be provided with the Arid Bilge System (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx). The Arid Bilge System shall be equipped with a compatible oily water separator to treat the bilge water. The treated water shall be discharged directly overboard. The system shall be A/C powered. C665 POTABLE WATER SYSTEM A minimum of 150 gallons of potable water tankage shall be provided. The potable water tank shall be completely independent of the hull bottom, and the hull inboard and outboard sides. There shall be a minimum of 12 in between the tank and hull bottom and sides. The potable water tank shall be of plastic construction. Hot and cold fresh water system shall be provided for the head and galley. The cold water system shall also incorporate deck wash down hose bib stations, one each at the forward and after deckhouse bulkheads, and one wash down hose bib station in the engine room. The hot water system shall be of sufficient size to allow for hot showers for two people daily. A two filter water filtration system shall be provided for potable water. Each filter shall be an identical 20 inch Pentek Big Blue or equal, for 20 inch by 4 ½ inch filter elements. The filters shall be plumbed in series. The first filter shall be provided with a 5 micron particle filter, and the second filter shall be provided with a carbon filter. C667 SANITARY & SEWAGE SYSTEM Galley and head sink drains shall be plumbed to an overboard discharge. The head shall be equipped with a vacuum assist flush macerating toilet. The toilet shall be plumbed to a Type II Marine Sanitation Device (MSD) similar to Ahead (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx). The MSD shall be equipped to discharge overboard via a gravity discharge connection that will be capable of discharge at all vessel speeds.

  • Invoice System The Contractor shall submit invoices using State Form A-19 Invoice Voucher, or such other form as designated by DSHS. Consideration for services rendered shall be payable upon receipt of properly completed invoices which shall be submitted to by the Contractor not more often than monthly. The invoices shall describe and document to DSHS’ satisfaction a description of the work performed, activities accomplished, the progress of the project, and fees. The rates shall be in accordance with those set forth in Section 4, Consideration, of this Contract.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
