ARTICLE A – RECOGNITION. The Hospital recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for all Registered and Graduate Nurses at the Hospital, save and except Managers, persons above the rank of Manager, Employee Health Nurse, Nurse Educators, Clinical Nurse Specialists and Nurse Clinicians.
