The Employer recognizes the Ontario Nurses’ Association as the bargaining agent for all Registered and Graduate nurses employed by the Hotel Xxxx Xxxxxx Health and Rehabilitation Center in a nursing capacity, save and except Coordinators, Supervisors, Infection Control Nurse, Occupational Health Nurses, Nurse Managers, Head Nurses, Program Managers, Professional Practice Leaders, Case Managers and persons above the rank of each of the foregoing classifications.
