The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent of all registered and graduate nurses employed in a nursing capacity by Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital in Tillsonburg, save and except Clinical Leader, persons above the rank of Clinical Leader, Infection Prevention and Control Professional, Employee Health and Wellness Nurse, Professional Practice and Quality Facilitator and Diabetes Education Program Coordinator.
