ARTICLE A – RECOGNITION. ‌ A-1 The Employer recognizes that in accordance with the "Certificates" issued by the Ontario Labour Relations Board and dated at Toronto on the 2nd day of July, 1981 and the 20th day of May, 1982, the Ontario Nurses’ Association is the bargaining agent of all full-time registered and graduate nurses of Homewood Health Centre Inc. of Guelph, Ontario Limited employed in a nursing capacity in Guelph, Ontario, save and except Immediate Supervisor/Designate and persons above the rank of Immediate Supervisor/Designate.
