The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent of all registered and graduate nurses employed by the Scarborough Health Network, engaged in a nursing capacity, save and except Clinical Educators/Facilitators, Clinical Practice Leaders, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Infection Control Nurses, Case Manager Nurses, Managers and persons above the rank of Manager.
