The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent of all full- time and part-time registered and graduate nurses employed in a nursing capacity (including Diabetic Educator) by the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital site of Markham Stouffville Hospital, save and except Infection Control Practitioner, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Occupational Health, Clinical Managers and persons above the rank of Clinical Manager.
