Article Terms. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Article and any other provision of this Agreement, the terms of this Article shall prevail. Except as expressly provided in this Article, an employee shall receive no pay or benefits above what he/she is presently receiving as a result of working in a twelve-hour position.

Article Terms. In the Agreement, wherever the words “he”, “his” or “him” appear, it shall be construed as meaning any employee, male or female; wherever the words “employee” or “employees” appear, it shall mean any person covered by this Agreement. In this Agreement wherever the word ‘‘permanent’’ appears, it shall be construed as meaning any em- ployee male or female who has completed his or her probationary period as defined in Article of this Agreement.

  • VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Bank may at any time amend or vary any of these terms and conditions governing the operation or use of the TBS. The Bank shall notify the Account Holder of any changes. If the Account Holder continues to use or operate the TBS after the Bank has given such notice of change, the Account Holder shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to such changes without reservation.

Residence in JCU residence halls requires participation in JCU’s residential dining program. The Student will be assessed all fees for the agreement term if the Student enrolls but does not occupy the assigned space and does not have approval of this Agreement cancelled in writing pursuant to 14.04.

  • Standard Terms and Conditions Executive expressly understands and acknowledges that the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto are incorporated herein by reference, deemed a part of this Agreement and are binding and enforceable provisions of this Agreement. References to “this Agreement” or the use of the term “hereof” shall refer to this Agreement and the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto, taken as a whole.
