Salaries and Differentials. The salaries and differentials of all persons covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A (Millbury Teachers’ Association Salary Schedule), Appendix B (Athletic Coaches Salary Schedule), and Appendix C (Differential Salary Schedule – Bargaining Unit Member Group) and said appendices are attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Salaries and Differentials. 1. The appointment of a Housestaff Officer shall be based on the Housestaff Officer's appropriate Post Graduate Year (hereinafter "PGY"), which shall be determined as follows: (a) A Housestaff Officer who has not completed at least one year of service in an ACGME-AOA-CPME accredited training program shall be placed at the PGY-1 level. (b) A Housestaff Officer who has completed one or more years of service in an ACGME-AOA-CPME accredited training program shall be placed at the PGY level which equals the number of such years of service plus one (e.g. A Housestaff Officer who has completed two years of service in such training program shall be placed at PGY-3). A Housestaff Officer required to spend a prerequisite period of service in an ACGME-AOA-CPME training program in a specialty other than that in which the Housestaff Officer is serving shall be classified on the basis of cumulative years of such service. However, no Housestaff Officer shall be advanced beyond the PGY-2 level for prior service in any non-ACGME-AOA-CPME accredited training program in another specialty area. (c) When some or all of the prior service of a Housestaff Officer has been in a non-accredited training program (s) he shall at a minimum be classified at the PGY level appropriate to the years of service (s) he has completed in an ACGME-AOA-CPME accredited training program in the current specialty area. Additional credit, if any, for non-ACGME-AOA-CPME accredited training programs to be granted in establishing the appropriate PGY level for a Housestaff Officer shall be determined by the Housestaff Officer and his/her Director of Service at the time of appointment. 2. A year of service in a training program as herein referred to shall mean a year of service in a training program which has been certified as having been completed by the appropriate Hospital authority. 3. A Housestaff Officer who, during the term of this Agreement, successfully completes his/her service for a year and is re-appointed to serve for an additional year shall be advanced to the next higher PGY. 4. Salaries and Differentials. The salary schedule for the contract term shall be as follows: For 2006-2007, increment plus a base wage increase of 2.0% shall be granted, effective July 1, 2006. For 2007-2008, increment plus a base wage increase of 3.0% shall be granted, effective July 1, 2007.   • Weekend Differential Employees assigned to State institutions other than Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 10:00 p.m. Friday and 9:59 p.m.

  • Shift Differentials 18.1 Employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 1400 and 2159 hours shall receive a shift differential of seventy-five cents (75¢) per hour, and employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of eighty cents (80¢) per hour. Effective January 1, 2005, for employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of one dollar ($1) per hour. Overtime shall not be calculated on the shift differential nor shall the shift differential be paid for paid absence from duty such as vacations, general holidays, etc.

  • SALARIES AND WAGES Contractor and any subcontractors must pay all salaries and wages due all employees performing Services under this Contract unconditionally and at least once a month without deduction or rebate on any account, except only for those payroll deductions that are mandatory by law or are permitted under applicable law and regulations. If in the performance of this Contract Contractor underpays any such salaries or wages, the Comptroller for the City may withhold, out of payments due to Contractor, an amount sufficient to pay to employees underpaid the difference between the salaries or wages required to be paid under this Agreement and the salaries or wages actually paid these employees for the total number of hours worked. The amounts withheld may be disbursed by the Comptroller for and on account of Contractor to the respective employees to whom they are due. The parties acknowledge that this paragraph is solely for the benefit of the City and that it does not grant any third party beneficiary rights.

  • Salaries and Benefits (i) Seller shall be responsible for (a) the payment of all wages and other remuneration due to Hired Active Employees with respect to their services as employees of Seller through the close of business on the Closing Date, including pro rata quarterly bonus payments, if any; (b) and the provision of health plan continuation coverage in accordance with Legal Requirements prior to and through the close of business on the Closing Date; (c) all notices of termination or pay in lieu thereof, severance pay, damages for wrongful dismissal and any other employee entitlements, benefits or claims of whatever kind or nature for any Hired Active Employees who’s employment was terminated prior to the Closing Date. For greater certainty, Buyer shall be responsible for all vacation pay earned prior to the Closing Date as such amounts shall have been considered in the Purchase Price adjustments pursuant to Section 2.8. (ii) Seller shall be liable for any claims made or incurred by Hired Active Employees and their beneficiaries through the Closing Date under the Employee Plans. For purposes of the immediately preceding sentence, a charge will be deemed incurred, in the case of hospital, medical or dental benefits, when the services that are the subject of the charge are performed and, in the case of other benefits (such as disability or life insurance), when an event has occurred or when a condition has been diagnosed that entitles the employee to the benefit. (iii) Buyer shall be responsible for (a) the payment of all wages and other remuneration to Hired Active Employees with respect to their services as employees of Buyer following the Closing Date, including pro rata bonus payments and all vacation pay for periods which may have commenced prior to the Closing Date; (b) and the provision following the Closing Date of health plan continuation coverage in accordance with Legal Requirements; (c) all notices of termination or pay in lieu thereof, severance pay, damages for wrongful dismissal and any other employee entitlements, benefits or claims of whatever kind or nature for any Hired Active Employees i) who refuse to have their employment relationship transferred to Buyer after the Closing Date; or ii) whose employment is terminated after the Closing Date. (iv) Buyer shall be liable for any claims made or incurred by Hired Active Employees and their beneficiaries following the Closing Date under the existing or subsequent Employee Plans.

  • Differentials Special Education Head Teachers at the High School, Middle School and Elementary levels differentials shall be based on the size of the team (department) as follows:

  • Salaries wages and other similar remuneration, other than a pension, paid by a Contracting State or a political subdivision or a local authority thereof to an individual in respect of services rendered to that State or subdivision or authority shall be taxable only in that State.

  • Bilingual Differential When formally assigned in the employee’s position description, an employee assigned to interpret to or from another language to English will receive a differential of five percent (5%) of base pay.

  • Salaries and Fees of Officers The Manager shall pay all salaries, expenses, and fees of the officers and directors of the Corporation who are affiliated with the Manager.

  • Shift Differential A. Shift differential will be $.60 cents per hour. B. Employees eligible for shift differential are those whose work shift begins before 6:00 a.m. or ends on or after 7:00 p.m. and are scheduled by their supervisor for a total shift of at least six (6) hours in duration. This shift differential shall not apply to those employees who have requested and have been granted flexible work scheduling.

  • Personnel Costs The actual Worker Wage Rate for Contractor’s hourly employees and the Monthly Salary Rate of Contractor’s salaried personnel who are identified to Owner in advance and in writing but only for the time actually stationed at the Project site with Owner’s prior consent. The Project Manager’s Monthly Salary Rate may be included in the General Conditions Costs only when the Project Manager is directly located on and managing the Project. All personnel costs are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages, salaries and allowable employer contributions incurred by the Contractor for services performed for the Project.
