Article Title: Personnel Information. No material derogatory to any employee covered by this agreement shall be placed in his/her personnel file unless a copy of the same is provided to the employee. The employee shall be permitted to submit a written statement as to any disagreement with the facts related to such material which also will be included in the employee's personnel file. The employee shall be required to initial the file copy acknowledging receipt of same.
