Examination of Files. The Seller will make the Files with respect to the Mortgage Loans available to the Purchaser, its agent and its assignees and their agents for examination at the Trust's offices or such other location as otherwise shall be agreed upon by the Purchaser and the Seller.
Examination of Files. Bargaining unit members shall have the right to examine their personnel file upon reasonable request and shall be entitled to a copy of any item contained therein at no cost to the employee.
Examination of Files. 1. Each Professional Employee shall have the right to examine the contents of such Professional Employee's personnel file upon request to the Director of Personnel. This personnel file shall contain all information that has a direct bearing upon the Professional Employee's professional status at the College.

An employee or his/her Local No. 1 representative shall have the right at any reasonable time to examine and/or obtain copies of any material from the employee's personnel file with the exception of material that includes ratings, reports, or records which were obtained prior to the employment of the employee involved.
Examination of Files. 1. A bargaining unit staff, upon request, shall have the right to examine his/her personnel file as maintained in the District's personnel office. Credentials and references are excluded from the requirements set forth in this agreement.
2. No derogatory material related to the bargaining unit staff's conduct, service, character, or personality shall be placed in the bargaining unit staff's file without the bargaining unit staff's prior knowledge. Any derogatory material must be clearly dated.
3. Furthermore, the bargaining unit staff shall have an opportunity to review the derogatory material and to insert a written response into his/her file. Derogatory material shall be removed after five (5) years, at the employee’s request, provided no further derogatory materials have been placed in the file. The bargaining unit staff’s evaluation documents may not be removed from the personnel file.
Examination of Files. An employee shall have the right to any reasonable time to examine and/or obtain copies of any material from the employee's personnel file.
1) Such review shall take place during normal business hours, and the employee shall upon approval of his/her supervisor, be released from duty for a reasonable time for this purpose without salary deduction.
2) With specific written authorization from the employee, authorized representatives shall also have the right, at any reasonable interval during the regular business hours of the Housing Authority, to examine and/or obtain copies of any material from the employee's personnel file.
Examination of Files. Any employee, who requests, and by appointment, shall be permitted to examine all of the information in his or her file (Personnel records) and shall be allowed a copy of all material in his/her personnel file if it is to be used in connection with a grievance, personnel hearing, or disciplinary action.

An employee or his/her Teamsters 856 representative shall have the right at any reasonable time to examine and/or obtain copies of any material from the employee's personnel file with the exception of material that includes ratings, reports, or records which were obtained prior to the employment of the employee involved.
Examination of Files. 1. The member of the bargaining unit covered by this agreement may examine all material in his/her personnel file, as provided in MGL, Chapter 149 Section 52C and Chapter 71 Section 42C. Any document that the employee wishes to copy shall be subject to a reasonable copying fee established by the District.
2. Only authorized members of the District administration, clerical personnel in the Superintendent's Office, or a designated agent of the District shall have access to the contents of any employee's personnel file without the written consent of that employee.
Examination of Files. Any certificated or licensed member of the staff has the right at any time to examine the contents of any and all of his/her own personnel files, except any and all letters of reference or recommendations for employment which the teacher has previously approved as being confidential.
