ARTICLE XVII- MISCELLANEOUS. A. It is agreed the duties of the jobs covered by this Agreement overlap and Employees shall continue to interchange and perform all job duties as heretofore.
ARTICLE XVII- MISCELLANEOUS. SECTION 1. The City will furnish and keep in reasonable repair rain gear for all employees.
ARTICLE XVII- MISCELLANEOUS. The Employer shall pay for legal defenses for any and all Police Officers who are Defendants in a suit or other legal proceedings arising out of the performance of Police duties. The Borough Attorney will be used unless a conflict of interest occurs, in which event the Borough shall retain, with the approval of the Police Officer, independent counsel to represent the Police Officer.
