As-Built Drawings to be Provided by Developer to the District Upon Completion of Construction. When the Facilities are complete, the Developer shall instruct the Developer’s Engineer to prepare and submit to the District as-built drawings of the Facilities. Final written notice of acceptance by the District will not be granted until as-built drawings are submitted and approved by the District. As-built drawings shall consist of two (2) blueline copies, (1) IBM compatible computer disk formatted in AUTOCAD (DWG) with state plane coordinates. As-built drawing requirements are as follows:

  • Commencement and Completion of Construction The Company shall begin Construction Activities no later than January 1, 2014 (“Commencement Date”) and secure a final Certificate of Compliance by June 30, 2015 (hereinafter, “Completion Date”).
