Drawing Requirements. 2.4.1 Drawing sheets shall be trim size 24 x 36 with left binding edge and borders.
2.4.2 Use scale 1 inch = 40 feet unless otherwise authorized by the Owner. Include graphic scale.
2.4.3 Show NORTH arrow and locate North at the top of the sheet, or locate the front of the campus at the bottom of the sheet, to be determined on a per project basis.
2.4.4 Include legend of symbols and abbreviations used on the drawings(s).
2.4.5 Spot elevations on paving or other hard surfaces shall be to the nearest .05' (or 1/2"), on other surfaces to the nearest .10' (or 1").
2.4.6 Boundary and topographic information, where both are required, shall be on the same drawing unless otherwise requested by the Owner.
2.4.7 State elevation datum on each drawing. Give location of benchmark used.
2.4.8 Furnish to the Owner one reproducible transparency and prints of each drawing. The Licensed Land Surveyor shall sign and seal each drawing and shall certify that to the best of the Land Surveyor's knowledge, information and belief all information thereon is true and accurately shown.
2.4.9 Furnish to the owner’s representative an electronic data file for all drawing files and information in .DWG file format. All information shown on the sealed drawing submitted to owner shall be included on electronic file.
Drawing Requirements. In addition to providing hard copies, the Consultant shall provide all Drawings in Adobe PDFs and AutoCAD Release 2017 format. AutoCAD drawings shall follow the MEARNG A/E/C Standards package provided by MEARNG Project Manager. Any additions or modifications must be approved by the MEARNG Project Manager. Drawings shall be delivered as stand-alone without X-references. If the Drawing originally had X-references, Bind them using the Insert option and do not explode inserted block.
Drawing Requirements. (a) The documents prepared during the Construction Documents Phase shall set forth the requirements for construction of the Project to a level of detail that is customary and standard and shall include, but not be limited to:
1. General information showing drawing index, symbols, abbreviations, notes, locations map.
2. Site drawings shall be complete to define the extent and detail of site work. Show the following:
a. Layout and location of all proposed work including buildings, structures, retaining walls, parking, walls, geothermal xxxxx, and all other site improvements, with details.
b. Contract Limit Line and Storage Area for construction materials.
c. All existing foundations, obstructions, and other physical characteristics of the site which may affect the construction work.
3. Demolition drawings and temporary work required.
Drawing Requirements. The following drawing information is required on all plans submitted for Pool Enclosure Permits:
1. Limits of property with property lines and existing buildings.
2. Location of the pool, hot tub or pond.
3. The pool enclosure showing fencing type and height and to include all self-closing, lockable gates and access points from all buildings.
4. All new sheds, cabanas, structures, pool equipment etc.
5. All setbacks (distance from proposed works to property lines) are to be shown.
6. Any easements are to be shown.
7. Existing catchbasins on the property.
8. Pool sump pump and discharge point, if required (out front of the house towards the roadway). Note: The pump is to be sized to discharge the distance indicated on the plan.
9. Existing and Proposed drainage patterns, xxxxxx, grades and stormwater discharge point.
10. All grades are to be referenced back to the Door Sill (Elevation of 100.00)
11. Downspout locations and point of discharge are to be identified.
12. All landscaping beds, patio areas, concrete, retaining walls, etc., are to be shown with setback distances.
13. Location of construction access to the rear of the property.
14. All Tree Protection Zones (TPZ)

Drawing Requirements. The Contractor shall furnish to the Principal, two (2) copies of prints of each drawing and one electronic media drawing file of each drawing, configured according to conditions stipulated in Annex B (Technical Specification) (Clauses 5.6.5.-5.6.7.).

Drawing Requirements. Provide a cover sheet to include at least the symbols list, abbreviations list and list of drawings. Provide an electrical site plan indicating the following: Proposed site lighting Location of the main electrical equipment room All existing utility and lighting poles All existing overhead and or underground electrical utilities (power, telephone) Provide an overall floor plan for each level, showing a proposed power layout with locations of power receptacles. This plan shall also include: Proposed locations and layouts of all electrical equipment rooms, communications rooms, kitchen and boiler rooms if applicable indicating the location and identification of each piece of equipment including the major normal and emergency electrical service and distribution equipment. Indicate the major normal and emergency electrical service and distribution equipment. Provide Room Names and Numbers on all plans. Show the required power connections to architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment including disconnects and control devices. Provide floor plans for each level indicating the new lighting layout in each space. These plans shall also show: Branch circuit connections to branch panel circuit boards. All illuminated exit signs Emergency lighting fixtures and circuits The method of lighting control for each space Lighting fixture type designations Room names and numbers Foot-candle level designations. Provide electrical panel schedules including load summary and spare capacity. Notes referenced on these plans shall be shown on the same plan as the reference. Provide floor plans for each level indicating the locations of all applicable systems that may include fire alarm, PA system, and telecommunications system equipment and devices, and building security system equipment and devices including their interconnections. Indicate the location and identification of each item of control and enunciator panels and equipment, and the building security. The plan shall also include the proposed fire alarm and building security zones. Provide a detail of the fire alarm graphic enunciator panel faceplate. All notes referenced on these plans shall be shown on the same plan as the reference. Drawing Requirements. 1. The drawing requirements for the Preliminary Plat are as follows. The Plat shall be drawn to a scale of 100 feet to the inch. The drawing shall be a 24” x 36” sized document. The sheet size should be the same as the Record Plat.
2. The name of the subdivision and proposed street names shall be shown on the plat.
3. The names, addresses and telephone numbers of the developer(s) of the subdivision and the name, address and telephone number of the Engineer and Surveyor responsible for the preparation of the preliminary plat shall be included.
4. The plat shall show the location of boundary lines and their relation to an original corner of the original survey and a vicinity map showing the subdivision location within the city and/or ETJ.
5. The Preliminary Plat shall include:
a) The accurate location and dimension of existing and proposed streets, roads, lots and alleys, building lines, easements, parks, school sites, street signs and any other features relating to the proposed subdivision;
b) The outline of adjacent properties for a distance of at least one hundred (100) feet;
c) The way the streets, alleys or highways in the proposed subdivision connect with adjacent land or with adjacent recorded subdivisions;
d) The total acreage of the proposed subdivision, including the estimated acreage of each lot.
