As-Built Plans and Specifications. All as-built construction, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, landscaping and grading plans and specifications relating to the Property.
As-Built Plans and Specifications. Buyer and its --------------------------------- architects, engineers and consultants shall have reviewed and approved the "AS- BUILT" plans and specifications pursuant to which the Property was constructed, including the confirmation of the net rentable area of the Property.
As-Built Plans and Specifications. Immediately after completion of any work on the Premises by Tenant, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord “as-built” plans and specifications (including all working drawings) for the work.

Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the installation of any Improvements, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Port Department, Lessee shall, at its expense, provide the Port Department with a complete set of “as-built” plans and specifications (one (1) hard copy and one (1) .pdf format), including mylar reproducible “record” drawings, and a complete set of machine-readable disks containing electronic data in an AUTOCAD format that meets the Port Department’s graphic standards of the “as-constructed” or “record” plans for such Improvements (one (1) hard copy and one (1) .pdf format).

With respect to any Subsequent Construction costing One Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($100,000.00) as Indexed, or more, for which Landlord's approval was required under Section 10, Tenant shall furnish to Landlord one set of as-built plans and specifications with respect to such Subsequent Construction within one hundred twenty (120) days following completion. If Tenant fails to provide such as-built plans and specifications to Landlord within the time period specified herein, and such failure continues for an additional thirty (30) days following written request from Landlord, Landlord will thereafter have the right to cause an architect or surveyor selected by Landlord to prepare as-built plans and specifications showing such Subsequent Construction, and the reasonable cost of preparing such plans and specifications shall be reimbursed by Tenant to Landlord as Additional Rent. Nothing in this Section shall limit Tenant's obligations, if any, to provide plans and specifications in connection with Subsequent Construction under applicable regulations adopted by Landlord in its regulatory capacity.

Tenant shall furnish to Landlord one set of as-built plans and specifications with respect to all Improvements within 120 Days following completion of those Improvements. If Tenant fails to provide such as-built plans and specifications to Landlord within the time period specified herein, and such failure continues for an additional 30 Days following written request from Landlord, Landlord will thereafter have the right to cause an architect or surveyor selected by Xxxxxxxx to prepare as-built plans and specifications showing the Improvements, and Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for the reasonable cost of preparing such plans and specifications as Additional Rent.
