As-Built Plans and Specifications. All as-built construction, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, landscaping and grading plans and specifications relating to the Property.
As-Built Plans and Specifications. Buyer and its --------------------------------- architects, engineers and consultants shall have reviewed and approved the "AS- BUILT" plans and specifications pursuant to which the Property was constructed, including the confirmation of the net rentable area of the Property.
