AS-NEEDED BASIS a. Spot cleaning of carpeting in elevator lobbies and corridors, as needed, to remove soluble spots which safely respond to standard spotting procedures without risk or injury to color of fabric.
b. Resilient tile flooring shall be maintained in a waxed, polished, scrub free condition at all times. Wherever floors require wet mopping, it is essential that they be left in a streak free condition.
c. Contractor shall use a low alkaline, non-injurious detergent for floor maintenance.
d. Contractor shall use approved floor finishes that are non-staining and provide a high degree of slip prevention.
e. Contractor shall wash and wipe baseboards during the floor maintenance operation.
AS-NEEDED BASIS. As provided for above, the Authority shall request that the Consultant perform specific Services on an as-needed basis and through the issuance of Work Authorizations. No representation or assurance has been made on behalf of the Authority to the Consultant as to the total compensation to be paid to the Consultant under this Agreement.
AS-NEEDED BASIS. The Contractor understands that Company may request the Contractor to perform the Services on an as-needed basis. There is no guarantee of any work with Company and the Contractor may decline work at its discretion. The Contractor agrees that the Contractor has sufficient resources and time to complete and deliver the Services in accordance with sections 3 and 4 herein.
AS-NEEDED BASIS. The Contractor agrees that it shall provide the Services on an as-needed basis and shall be available 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week, throughout the term of this Agreement. AS-NEEDED BASIS. The parties acknowledge and agree that the Company has no obligation to make any minimum commitment of work, time, or compensation to the Contractor. The Contractor will provide service only on an as-needed basis as determined by the availability of Users.
