Assessments & Interviews. A3.1.5.1 The Contractor must provide an Assessments & Interviews service as directed by the Lead/Customer Organisation which may include, but not be exclusive to: liaising with Lead/Customer Organisation to establish which candidates have been selected to attend interviews and/or assessment centres; making the necessary arrangements for selected candidates to attend interviews and/or assessment centres, which may be held nationwide; confirming arrangements are in place at venue(s) to be used as assessment centres as specified by the Lead/Customer Organisation, including ensuring provision has been made for IT equipment and connections as directed by the Lead/Customer Organisation in the Call Off contract. IT equipment must be connected to the Internet with a Broadband connection and must have Microsoft Office suite 2003 or greater installed; sourcing on behalf of the Lead/Customer Organisation an appropriate venue if necessary, including ensuring provision has been made for IT connections and equipment; testing IT equipment is fully functional prior to the start of assessment events; providing trained assessors as necessary when requested by the Lead/Customer Organisation; liaising with the Lead/Customer Organisation’s internal assessors and any external assessors sourced by the Lead/Customer Organisation or by the Contractor; arranging and administering interviews or assessment events entirely where requested to do so by the Lead/Customer Organisation; which may include the provision of a range of selection products or assessment tools approved by the Lead/Customer Organisation; catering for those who require reasonable adjustments and keep a record for audit purposes; and ensuring the Guaranteed Interview Scheme policy, as provided with the call-off contract, is implemented and followed where appropriate.

  • Interviews An applicant for a posted position with the Employer who is not on a leave of absence without pay and who has been called for an interview shall suffer no loss of basic earnings to attend. Should an employee require a leave of absence from duties for the interview, their supervisor shall be notified as soon as the requirement to appear for an interview is made known.

  • Investigatory Interviews When an employee is required by the City to attend an interview conducted by the City for purposes of investigating an incident which may lead to discipline/discharge of that employee because of that particular incident, the employee shall have the right to request that the employee be accompanied at the investigatory interview by a representative of the Union. If the employee makes such a request, the request shall be made to the City representative conducting the investigatory interview. The City, when faced with such a request, may:

  • Exit Interviews A. If a regular status employee provides timely notice that they are voluntarily separating from Agency service, the Agency will offer an exit interview that focuses on the reason(s) for the employee leaving Agency service and what changes they recommend to the Agency to improve Agency operations, or,

  • Assessments There are no pending or, to Borrower’s knowledge, proposed special or other assessments for public improvements or otherwise affecting any Individual Property, nor are there any contemplated improvements to any Individual Property that may result in such special or other assessments.

  • Responsibility for Environmental Contamination 5.20.1 Neither Party shall be liable to the other for any costs whatsoever resulting from the presence or release of any Environmental Hazard that either Party did not introduce to the affected Work Location. Both Parties shall defend and hold harmless the other, its officers, directors and employees from and against any losses, damages, claims, demands, suits, liabilities, fines, penalties and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise out of or result from (i) any Environmental Hazard that the Indemnifying Party, its contractors or agents introduce to the Work Locations or (ii) the presence or release of any Environmental Hazard for which the Indemnifying Party is responsible under Applicable Law.

  • Assessment Center A promotional candidate may not appeal or dispute the Assessment Center or scoring of the Assessment Center to an administrative or judicial body except for fraud committed by an assessor.

  • Assessment 29) The Secretary of State will notify the appropriate body for assessment purposes about the Academy.

  • Complaints Investigation ‌ An employee who complains of harassment under the provisions of the Human Rights Code of British Columbia may refer the complaint to either one or other of the following processes:
