Assessment Tools definition

Assessment Tools means tools, scripts, software and utilities used by Supplier (and, if different, ToolsGroup) to monitor and administer the SaaS and to help resolve Customer’s service requests. Assessment Tools will not be used to collect, report or store any of Customer’s Data residing in the SaaS environment, except as necessary to troubleshoot service requests or other problems in the SaaS.
Assessment Tools means calculator tools and guidance documents available to Registered Assessors to carry out an assessment.

Assessment Tools means the assessment tools commonly known as STABLE- 2007/ACUTE-2007, further described in Schedule “A” attached hereto, and includes each Assessment Tool’s electronic version, as produced by the Licensee in the exercise of its rights hereunder.

  • Development Tool Kit means a DS Offering specifically designed for application or content development.
