Assignment of Unit. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the By Laws, the Unit owner accepts sole responsibility for the work and costs in connection with the maintenance, repair, restoration, or replacement of any portions of the Unit affected by the work, and acknowledges that such responsibility shall pass to any successor-in-interest to the Unit owner in the Unit. If, after making any alterations or installing any equipment referred to herein, the Unit owner shall seek to transfer the common interest allocated to the Unit, as a condition prior thereto, the Unit owner shall provide the Condominium with an agreement, in a form to be provided by the Condominium, by that Unit owner’s transferee is to assume all the Unit owner obligations hereunder, including the Unit owner’s continuing obligations and understandings expressed herein.

Assignment of Unit. Renter shall not assign, sublet, or re-rent unit or lease or any part of either without Management’s written consent. Renter must pay $400 to assign and furnish a qualified substitute. Renter must continue to pay rent until Renter finds a substitute. Renter shall not add or change roommates without Management’s written consent. Renter must add %50 of total rent per month to add an approved roommate. Any new or additional roommate must be qualified substitute. The additional roommate fee is based upon increased wear and tear on the unit.

University, in compliance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Title 9 of the Higher Education Act, does not discriminate based on age, race, ethnic background, national origin, handicap, veteran status, or gender in any of its policies, practices or procedures. However, men and women will not be assigned to the same Unit or suite.
Assignment of Unit. Tenant understands that Tenant is bound to the full terms and conditions of this Lease whether a Unit is assigned at the time the Lease is signed by Tenant or at a later date prior to the Starting Date.   • Assignment of Contract A. Unless expressly agreed to elsewhere in the Contract, no assignment by a party hereto of any rights under or interests in the Contract will be binding on another party hereto without the written consent of the party sought to be bound; and, specifically but without limitation, money that may become due and money that is due may not be assigned without such consent (except to the extent that the effect of this restriction may be limited by law), and unless specifically stated to the contrary in any written consent to an assignment, no assignment will release or discharge the assignor from any duty or responsibility under the Contract Documents.

  • Non-Assignment of Agreement The Grantee may not assign, sublicense or otherwise transfer its rights, duties or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Division, which shall not unreasonably be withheld. The agreement transferee must demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the project. If the Division approves a transfer of the Grantee’s obligations, the Grantee shall remain liable for all work performed and all expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement. In the event the Legislature transfers the rights, duties and obligations of the Division to another governmental entity, pursuant to Section 20.06, Florida Statutes or otherwise, the rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement shall be transferred to the succeeding governmental agency as if it was the original party to this Agreement.

  • Assignment of Option Except as otherwise permitted by the Committee, the rights of the Optionee under the Plan and this Agreement are personal; no assignment or transfer of the Optionee’s rights under and interest in this Option may be made by the Optionee otherwise than by will, by beneficiary designation, by the laws of descent and distribution or by a qualified domestic relations order; and this Option is exercisable during his lifetime only by the Optionee, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement.   • Assignment of Agreement The following conditions must be satisfied in order to effectuate any assignment of this Agreement: (i) This Agreement may only be transferred through a book entry system maintained by Principal Life, or an agent designated by it, within the meaning of Temporary Treasury Regulations Section 5f.103-1(c) and Treasury Regulations Section 1.871-14(c)(1)(i). (ii) The Agreement Holder, and any assignee, must comply with applicable securities laws. (iii) Principal Life has consented in writing to the proposed assignment, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld. (iv) Principal Life shall have received from the proposed assignee a duly executed certificate containing, in substance, the information, representations, warranties, acknowledgments and agreements set forth in this Agreement. Any attempted sale, transfer, anticipation, assignment, hypothecation, or alienation not in accordance with this Section 6 shall be void and of no effect. Until such time, if any, as Principal Life has consented in writing to a proposed assignment, Principal Life shall not be obligated to make any payments to or at the direction of anyone other than the person shown on Principal Life’s books and records as the Agreement Holder. Once the foregoing conditions have been satisfied with respect to an assignment, the assignee or its successor shall be deemed to be the sole Agreement Holder for all purposes of this Agreement and Principal Life shall promptly amend its records to reflect the assignee’s status as Agreement Holder.

The size of exhibit space requested versus the overall space available for allocation to eligible exhibitors; B. The need to accommodate and encourage the introduction of new products for the buyer’s benefit; C. The quality and creativity of the product displays; D. The continuity and length of an Exhibitor’s previous exhibit activity; E. The size and shape of the space need as it relates to the effective display of an applicant’s products for the convenience and benefit of the buyers; F. The Exhibitor’s commitment to aggressively promote buyer attendance both independently and in cooperation with Show Management; and G. The need to balance traffic and promote buyer activity in all exhibit areas.

  • Assignment of Rights Borrower acknowledges and understands that Agent or Lender may, subject to Section 11.7, sell and assign all or part of its interest hereunder and under the Loan Documents to any Person or entity (an “Assignee”). In no event shall the acquisition of title to the Building and the land on which the same is located by a purchaser which, simultaneously therewith, leases the entire Building or such land back to the seller thereof be treated as an assumption by such purchaser-lessor, by operation of law or otherwise, of Landlord’s obligations hereunder, but Tenant shall look solely to such seller-lessee, and its successors from time to time in title, for performance of Landlord’s obligations hereunder subject to the provisions of Section 9.3 hereof. In any such event, this Lease shall be subject and subordinate to the lease to such purchaser provided that such purchaser agrees to recognize the right of Tenant to use and occupy the Premises upon the payment of rent and other charges payable by Tenant under this Lease and the performance by Tenant of Tenant’s obligations hereunder and provided that Tenant agrees to attorn to such purchaser. For all purposes, such seller-lessee, and its successors in title, shall be the landlord hereunder unless and until Landlord’s position shall have been assumed by such purchaser-lessor.
