Assignment or Delegation of Duties. The Consultant may not assign his interest or delegate his duties hereunder without the express written consent of the Corporation.
Assignment or Delegation of Duties. USER may not assign any interest in this Agreement to any person, delegate any duties under this Agreement, nor enter into any contracts from commercial concessions or vending on the premises without the prior written approval of the City. Any attempt by USER to assign any part of its interests or delegate duties under this Agreement shall give the City the right to immediately terminate this Agreement without any liability for work performed subsequent to termination.

Upon written request, the State may, in its unfettered discretion, approve an assignment or delegation to another responsible entity acceptable to the State, such as the surviving entity of a merger, acquisition or a corporate reorganization if made as part of the transfer of all or substantially all of the Vendor’s assets. 01
