Assistance and Cooperation After the Closing Date, each of Seller and Purchaser shall:
DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.
HOME ASSISTANCE TO BE PROVIDED The right of either the Owner or Tenant to receive TBRA Program assistance under this Contract is, at all times, subject to each party’s compliance with this Contract’s terms and requirements.
Professional Learning A. School-based Professional Learning
Access to Personal Information by Subcontractors Supplier agrees to require any subcontractors or agents to which it discloses Personal Information under this Agreement or under any SOW to provide reasonable assurance, evidenced by written contract, that they will comply with the same or substantially similar confidentiality, privacy and security obligations with respect to such Personal Information as apply to Supplier under this Agreement or any SOW. Supplier shall confirm in writing to DXC that such contract is in place as a condition to DXC’s approval of use of a subcontractor in connection with any SOW. Upon request of DXC, Supplier will provide to DXC a copy of the subcontract or an extract of the relevant clauses. Supplier shall ensure that any failure on the part of any subcontractor or agent to comply with the Supplier obligations under this Agreement or any SOW shall be grounds to promptly terminate such subcontractor or agent. If during the term of this Agreement or any SOW, DXC determines, in its exclusive discretion, that any Supplier subcontractor or agent cannot comply with the Supplier obligations under this Agreement or with any SOW, then DXC may terminate this Agreement in whole or in part (with respect to any SOW for which such subcontractor or agent is providing services), if not cured by Supplier within the time prescribed in the notice of such deficiency.
Access to Personnel Files All employees shall be allowed access to their personnel files during normal working hours for inspection and/or copies of documents which will be provided by the Employer. Such inspection shall be made subject to prior arrangement with the Employer.
Access to Personnel Records (a) Upon receiving the permission of the Chief Constable or designate, an employee may review the contents of his or her personnel file provided that such review is in the presence of a person authorized for such a purpose by the Chief Constable.
Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended. Access to Personnel File Each employee shall have reasonable access to his/her personnel file for the purpose of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein, in the presence of the Director of Personnel or designate. An employee has the right to request copies of any evaluations in this file.
Accreditation of Online Schools The District will implement a system of accrediting its online schools, as defined in section 22-30.7- 102(9.5), C.R.S. This system shall adhere to section 00-00-000, C.R.S., including a review of the online school’s alignment to the quality standards outlined in section 22-30.7-105(3)(b), C.R.S., and compliance with statutory or regulatory requirements, in accordance with section 22-30.7-103(3)(m), C.R.S.
