ASSISTANT DEPARTMENT MANAGERS AND DEPARTMENT LEADS. 5.01 Subject to there being no less than six (6) active bargaining unit employees in a department, the Employer has the right to appoint an Assistant Department Manager in each department. The hours worked by employees in these positions are not subject to claim.
