Common use of Association Access to Information Clause in Contracts

Association Access to Information. The School District agrees that the Association shall have access to public documents of the School District which are necessary for the Association to exercise its responsibility as exclusive representative; provided, however, that such information shall not invade the privacy of any individual person as covered by any State or Federal statute. The District reserves the right to charge the costs of reproducing such information to the Association.
