ASSOCIATION AFFAIRS. A. Recommendations made by such committees shall be communicated to the Company by the Executive. The Association shall designate one member and three alternate members to monitor the bid award process for monthly schedules and annual leave vacation. Any of these designated members shall also monitor the awarding of assignments as defined by this agreement. These roles shall be advisory in not less than 1 hour increments nature to ensure compliance with the scheduling rules. The Company agrees to release one member of the Association Executive for the purpose of conducting Association and Company related business. This Flight Crew Member shall be credited as per for each day released. Such release and subsequent credit must be by the Company. It is recognized that a Flight Crew Member may be required to attend collective bargaining sessions with Association business that allows credit as per Article Such attendance and subsequent credit must be by the COUNTY. Use of annual leave for this purpose shall not effect bidding regarding annual leave scheduling.
C. Upon receipt of written authorization voluntarily executed by an employee, the COUNTY will deduct ASSOCIATION dues from the salary of an employee who so requestsCompany. The bulletin board(sCompany will bear no responsibility for delays or other distribution problems. The Company will permit the use of its photocopy machine to reproduce Association notices and correspondence, provided it does not interfere with normal office activities.
