ASSOCIATION SECURITY 5.01 The Hospital will deduct from each nurse covered by this Agreement an amount equal to the regular monthly Association dues designated by the Association. The deduction period for a part-time nurse may be extended where the nurse does not receive any pay in a particular month. Where a nurse has no dues deducted during the payroll period from which dues are normally deducted, that deduction shall be made in the next payroll period provided the nurse has earnings in the next payroll period. If the failure to deduct dues results from an error by the Hospital, then, as soon as the error is called to its attention by the union, the Hospital shall make the deduction in the manner agreed to by the parties. If there is no agreement, the Hospital shall make the deduction in the manner prescribed by the union.
Association Establishment and all other expenses of the Association and also similar expenses of the Maintenance In-charge looking after the common purposes, until handing over the same to the Association.
Association Dues 5.01 In every pay period, the Board shall deduct from every pay of each Occasional Teacher the appropriate amount of dues as authorized by the Constitution of the Association and directed by its Executive.
Association Fees Buyer is aware that 2020 annual fees have been established for the Subdivision according to the Restrictions and that Buyer will be responsible for the annual association fee of $800 (which will be prorated for the year of closing). Buyer is also aware that they will deposit $500 with the Association at the closing in addition to the Lot purchase price as an Initial Fee.
Association Participation Employee Represented - The Board acknowledges the right of the Association's grievance representative to participate in the processing of a grievance at any level, and no employee shall be required to discuss any grievance if the Association's representative is not present.
Associations Where Associations are shown as Special Terms in the Rights Table relating to Firm Rights, Network Rail’s Flexing Rights shall not be used to break such Associations.
Association Access Employees shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of a paid representative of the Association on all matters related to employee and Employer relations. The paid representative of the Association shall have access to the Employer's premises in order to provide the required assistance. Employees involved in such discussions or investigations of grievances shall not absent themselves from their work, except with the permission from their supervisor and such permission will not be unreasonably withheld.
Association Assessments Current regular Association assessments and dues (Association Assessments) paid in 578 advance will be credited to Seller at Closing. Cash reserves held out of the regular Association Assessments for deferred 579 maintenance by the Association will not be credited to Seller except as may be otherwise provided by the Governing Documents. 580 Buyer acknowledges that Buyer may be obligated to pay the Association, at Closing, an amount for reserves or working capital. 581 Any special assessment assessed prior to Closing Date (§ 3) by the Association will be the obligation of Buyer Seller. 582 Except however, any special assessment by the Association for improvements that have been installed as of the date of Buyer’s 583 signature hereon, whether assessed prior to or after Closing, will be the obligation of Seller. Seller represents that the Association 584 Assessments are currently payable at approximately $ per and that there are no unpaid regular 585 or special assessments against the Property except the current regular assessments and . Such 586 assessments are subject to change as provided in the Governing Documents. Seller agrees to promptly request the Association to 587 deliver to Buyer before Closing Date (§ 3) a current Status Letter.
Association Leave A total of 10 days of leave with pay during the current school year shall be granted the Association for use by the Association. A maximum of four additional days may be used for Association leave and the substitute’s salary will be reimbursed to the Board by the Association. The President of the Association will notify the Superintendent as to the educators and dates involved at least five (5) days before such leave is desired.
Association President The President of the Association has the right to visit schools. The President will coordinate the visits with the offices of the principals in order to facilitate the purpose of this visit. Visits that are made to solve special problems of teachers will be arranged in advance by notifying the office of the principal.
