Common use of Association Member Leave Clause in Contracts

Association Member Leave. Following a request to the HR department, association days will be granted by the CTA President or designee for purposes of Association Business or participating in state and local initiatives in support of public education. The Association will be granted 1 day per Association member as certified on the Membership Affidavit on September 15th. Association days will be granted with a maximum of 1 CTA member per school building per day.
