Common use of Association Member Clause in Contracts

Association Member. Employees who voluntarily join the Association shall pay Association membership dues as described in Section 103.1. The District will not restrain an employee from belonging to the Association or from taking an active part in the Association’s affairs or will not discriminate against an employee because of Association membership or lawful organizational activity.
