Common use of Association Memberships Clause in Contracts

Association Memberships. Purchaser acknowledges that as owner of the Unit, Purchaser shall be subject to the provisions of and restrictions contained in the Declaration, the Master Declaration and the Map, shall automatically become a member of the Association and the Master Association and shall be governed by the Association Documents and the Master Association Documents. These documents require, among other things, membership by Purchaser in the Association and Master Association and payment of assessments to the Association and the Master Association.
