Association Negotiating and Grievance Committee. The Employer shall recognize a Committee of three (3) Association members to meet with authorized representatives of the Employer for the purpose of: a) Revision and negotiating renewal of the Collective Agreement. b) Discussion of matters arising out of the interpretation or administration of this Agreement. c) Presentation of any complaints or grievances that may arise.
