Common use of Association Orientation/Onboarding Time Clause in Contracts

Association Orientation/Onboarding Time. 5.6.1 The Association shall be provided up to two (2) hours of uninterrupted time for the Bargaining Unit Member orientation/onboarding meetings. 5.6.2 The District administration will excuse themselves during the Association’s time. 5.6.3 The Association may invite California Teachers Association (CTA) endorsed vendors and CTA staff to Orientation/onboarding meetings. 5.6.4 If the orientation/onboarding meetings are held during the contractual time, the Association shall have District paid release time for up to four (4) Bargaining Unit Members to attend and participate in the orientation/onboarding meetings.

Association Orientation/Onboarding Time. 5.6.1 12.2.2.1 The Association shall be provided up to two one (21) hours hour of uninterrupted time for the Bargaining Unit Member bargaining unit member orientation/onboarding on- boarding meetings. 5.6.2 12.2.2.2 The District Tulare County Office of Education administration will excuse themselves during the Association’s time. 5.6.3 12.2.2.3 The Association may invite California Teachers Association (CTA) endorsed vendors and CTA staff to Orientationorientation/onboarding on-boarding meetings. 5.6.4 12.2.2.4 If the orientation/onboarding on-boarding meetings are held during the contractual time, the Association shall have District County Office paid release time for up to four two (42) Bargaining Unit Members bargaining unit members to attend and participate in the orientation/onboarding on-boarding meetings.
