Association Participation. The Board acknowledges the right of the Association’s grievance representative to be present at any level. The Association acknowledges the right of the Employee to present grievances and have them adjusted without the intervention of the Association’s representative. No Employee shall be required to discuss any grievance if the Association’s representative is not present. If the Employee chooses to have the grievance adjusted without the intervention of the Association’s representative, the Association shall be notified and given the opportunity to have its representative present at such adjustment.
