Employee Represented. The Board acknowledges the right of the Association's grievance representative to participate in the processing of a grievance at any level, and no employee shall be required to discuss any grievance if the Association's representative is not present. ASSOCIATION PARTICIPATION - EMPLOYEE NOT A MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION When an employee is not a member of the Association, the Association shall reserve the right to have its representative present to state its views at any stage of the grievance procedure. BOARD - ADMINISTRATION COOPERATION The Board and the administration shall cooperate with the Association in the investigation of any grievance. NO REPRISALS CLAUSE No reprisals shall be taken by the Board or the administration against any employee because of the employee's participation in a grievance.
