Common use of Association President’s Leave Clause in Contracts

Association President’s Leave. A. Upon request, the president of the Association will be granted a leave of absence for the school year in which he / she is president. The Association will reimburse the District for the salary and fringe benefits of the president at the end of each month. Experience credit on the salary schedule and sick leave will accrue on leave and will apply on return from leave.
