Association Representation and Notice. a. The parties mutually recognize and agree that drug and alcohol testing are investigatory proceedings with respect to which the Employee is entitled to Association representation. In order to assure affected Employees of adequate representation, the Employer and the Association mutually agree to the following procedures:
