  • Cooperation of the Parties Each Party agrees to cooperate fully in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of any Patent Rights under this Agreement. Such cooperation includes, but is not limited to:

  • PERFORMANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS The Commissioner reserves the right to investigate or inspect at any time whether or not the Product, services, qualifications or facilities offered by the Bidder/Contractor meet the requirements set forth in the Bid Specifications/Contract or as set forth during Contract negotiations. Contractor shall at all times during the Contract term remain responsible and responsive.   • Access to Personnel File Each employee shall have reasonable access to his/her personnel file for the purpose of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein, in the presence of the Director of Personnel or designate. An employee has the right to request copies of any evaluations in this file.
