At DB Contractor Sample Clauses

At DB Contractor s request, TxDOT and DB Contractor shall work jointly to establish a scope of work and budget for TxDOT’s Recoverable Costs in connection with providing such assistance to DB Contractor. Subject to any agreed scope of work and budget, DB Contractor shall reimburse TxDOT for TxDOT’s Recoverable Costs in connection with providing such assistance to DB Contractor (including all reasonable costs of litigation if TxDOT agrees to pursue litigation against a Utility Owner).

  • Contractor If COUNTY elects to renegotiate this Agreement due to reduced or terminated 20 funding, CONTRACTOR shall not be obligated to accept the renegotiated terms.
