Recoverable Costs definition

Recoverable Costs the costs and expenses particularized on Exhibit "1" for building services requested of the Licensor by the Licensee or causal to the Licensee's construction and installation activities relating to the provision of the Services in the Building. However, Recoverable Costs shall not include costs that would be incurred by the Licensor in any event, costs that have already been incurred by the date of execution of this Agreement, the costs associated with the negotiation, management, administration, monitoring and enforcement of this Agreement or of other agreements with TSPs, or (except for charges for services identified in Exhibit "1" and provided by the Riser Manager) fees in relation to a Riser Manager.
Recoverable Costs means the costs which (pursuant to a relevant provision) the Recovering Party is entitled to recover from the Reimbursing Party or the Reimbursing Party is required to bear or reimburse to the Recovering Party;

Examples of Recoverable Costs in a sentence

  • Reimbursement for TxDOT’s Recoverable Costs associated with such work shall be payable to TxDOT within ten Days after Maintenance Contractor’s receipt of an invoice therefor.

  • In the event that DB Contractor elects to utilize such information, TxDOT may recover as TxDOT Recoverable Costs its reasonable expenses related to the development of such information.

More Definitions of Recoverable Costs

Recoverable Costs means the costs and expenses listed in on Schedule "D" for building services requested of the Licensor by the Licensee and such other costs and expenses incurred by the Licensor arising or resulting from or caused by the Licensee’s construction and installation activities, in each case, relating to the provision of the Services in the Building. However, Recoverable Costs shall not include costs that: (i) would otherwise be incurred by the Licensor if the Licensee had not undertaken the construction and installation activities relating to the provision of the Services in the Building, (ii) costs that have already been incurred by the date of execution of this Agreement, (iii) costs associated with the negotiation, management, administration and monitoring of this Agreement or of other agreements with TSPs, and (iv) except for charges for costs and expenses identified in Schedule "D" in connection with services provided by the Riser Manager, fees in relation to a Riser Manager.
Recoverable Costs has the meaning given to that expression in Section C8.2 (SEC Costs and Expenses).

Recoverable Costs means Eligible Costs included in the Budgets and Work Programs approved by CNH, provided that they must be effectively paid and its determination and registration must comply with the requirements established in Annexes 4, 10 and 11 attached herein, and the guidelines issued for such effect by the Ministry of Finance in effect as of the date of the award of the Contract.
