If a trip is preliminarily selected, NEFOP 8 Providers have twelve hours to determine whether they can deploy a NEFOP 9 observer. Therefore, if the PTNS immediately determines that the trip is not 10 preliminarily selected for a NEFOP Observer, the PTNS notification and all 11 corresponding details will immediately be forwarded to the Sectors ASM 12 Provider(s).
