Day-Boats. Vessels that have completed their pre-trip 18 notification for trips less than 48 hours, with potential sale 19 dates up to 10 days in advance, will be selected in accordance 20 with the calendar day of the notified sail date. Upon 21 notification that neither a NEFOP nor At-Sea Monitor will be 22 assigned, the vessel may set sail at any time up to the estimated 23 departure time provided in their pre-trip notification for the trip 24 occurring per their notified sail date. 25
