Project Team To accomplish Owner’s objectives, Owner intends to employ a team concept in connection with the construction of the Project. The basic roles and general responsibilities of team members are set forth in general terms below but are more fully set forth in the Design Professional Contract with respect to the Design Professional, in the Program Management Agreement with any Program Manager, and in this Contract with respect to the Contractor.
Working Group 1. The Parties hereby establish a Working Group on Temporary Entry for Business Persons, which shall meet at least once every 3 years or on request of the Free Trade Commission to consider any matter arising under this Chapter. 2. The Working Group's functions shall include: (a) to review the implementation and operation of this Chapter; (b) to consider the development of measures to further facilitate temporary entry of business persons on a reciprocal basis; (c) the identification of measures that affect the temporary entry of business persons under this Chapter; and (d) the observance of the issues established under Article 121 (Cooperation).
Management Team Subject to any approval or consulting rights of the --------------- Joint Operations Committee, Manager shall engage or designate one or more individuals experienced in dental group management and direction, including, but not limited to, an administrator, who will be responsible for the overall administration of the Practice including day-to-day operations and strategic development activities.
Project Management Plan 1 3.4.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control 2 activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work.
Working Groups From time to time, a Joint Committee may establish and delegate duties to sub-committees or directed teams (each, a “Working Group”) on an “as-needed” basis to oversee particular projects or activities (e.g., joint project team, joint finance group, or joint intellectual property group). Each such Working Group shall be constituted and shall operate as the Joint Committee determines; provided, that each Working Group shall have equal representation from each Party, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Working Groups may be established on an ad hoc basis for purposes of a specific project or on such other basis as the Joint Committee may determine. Each Working Group and its activities shall be subject to the oversight, review and approval of, and shall report to, the Joint Committee that formed said Working Group. In no event shall the authority of the Working Group exceed that specified for the Joint Committee that formed the Working Group. All decisions of a Working Group shall be by unanimous agreement. Any disagreement between the designees of AbbVie and Ablynx on a Working Group shall be referred to the Joint Committee that formed the Working Group for resolution.
Project Managers The JBE’s project manager is: [Insert name]. The JBE may change its project manager at any time upon notice to Contractor without need for an amendment to this Agreement. Contractor’s project manager is: [Insert name]. Subject to written approval by the JBE, Contractor may change its project manager without need for an amendment to this Agreement.
Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.
Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.
Focus The focus of the nursing role is responding to the health needs of individuals, families and communities. The registered nurse is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of consumer care. Specific Skills • Initiating, maintaining and terminating therapeutic relationships • Comprehensive training in psychiatric illness and a broad knowledge of physical health disorders • Comprehensive assessment skills • Ability to manage clinical risk • A broad based pharmacological knowledge • Knowledge, skills and training of crisis intervention strategies • Knowledge and understanding of the medico-legal and ethical aspects of mental health care • Knowledge of human development across the life span • An ability to work as a primary nurse/case manager • Coordinating the processes of care with the consumer and others involved in providing care • Effective communication strategies with consumers, families, communities, and within the multi-disciplinary team • Ability to document to professional and legal standards Specific Assessments • Comprehensive assessment – may include but not be limited to the following assessments - physical, mental, spiritual, educational cultural, and emotional health, and safety/risk factors at an individual, family and community level • Monitoring of medication – effects, side effects and barrier to people taking medication Specific Interventions • Initiating, maintaining and terminating therapeutic relationships • A range of psychosocial interventions to assist the consumer towards Recovery • Administering and monitoring medication • Crisis and rehabilitative interventions • Linking consumers with systems that provide resources and services within other health services or the community in line with discharge planning • Education around personal health, mental and physical illness, health promotion and maintenance, healthy lifestyles and medication • Managing complex and rapidly changing situations within an individual or an environment • Broad range of interventions using the principles of the following – (may include but not be limited to), cognitive and behavioural therapies, family work, solution focused and crisis intervention therapies Specific Responsibilities
Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. Vehicles: Rickshaws The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the “Borrowing Agreementâ€) with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point up to 3 days after the date of the official Finish Line Party, then the team will be liable for either the cost to retrieve the Vehicle and/or the "Hire Costs" beyond this date. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.
