Athlete Behavior. Athletes of teams at any Cheer or DanceBrandz Event are expected to exhibit the utmost of sportsmanship, respect and support throughout the entire event. The directors, coaches and advisors of each team is responsible for seeing that team members, coaches, parents and any other persons affiliated with the team conduct themselves accordingly Teams will be assessed a point penalty for exhibiting unsportsmanlike, unprofessional, disrespectful and/or unsupportive behavior. The amount of the penalty will be determined by the competition officials.

Athlete Behavior. Athletes of teams at The Global Games are expected to exhibit the utmost of sportsmanship, respect and support throughout the entire event. Teams will be assessed a point penalty for exhibiting unsportsmanlike, unprofessional, disrespectful and/or unsupportive behavior. The amount of the penalty will be determined by the competition officials.
Athlete Behavior. Inappropriate behaviors should be addressed as soon as the behavior is observed, and/ or reported, to prevent escalation. Coaches should only implement consequences for minor rule infractions, while more serious violations are to be addressed by the athlete’s parents and/or the Parks & Recreation Department. The Parks & Recreation Department will work with coaches to support appropriate conduct for athletes who repeatedly display inappropriate conduct. Coaches are expected to use appropriate judgement when determining the severity of situations. Coaches unsure of the severity level should ask the Parks & Recreation Department for assistance. As a coach, you are expected to ensure proper sportsmanship of your assigned team.

  • PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR A. Teachers are expected to comply with reasonable rules, regulations, and directions adopted by the Board, or its representatives, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, provided that a teacher may reasonably refuse to carry out an order which threatens physical safety or well being or is professionally demeaning.

UCF DHRL reserves the right to establish or adopt additional rules regarding student conduct, as deemed necessary by UCF DHRL. Newly established or adopted rules will be communicated to the Student as provided in this document. The Student agrees to abide by additional rules and regulations that are established or adopted by UCF DHRL once communicated to the Student.

  • MEDICALLY FRAGILE STUDENTS 1. If a teacher will be providing instructional or other services to a medically fragile student, the teacher or another adult who will be present when the instruction or other services are being provided will be advised of the steps to be taken in the event an emergency arises relating to the student's medical condition.

  • Religious Activities The Subrecipient agrees that funds provided under this Agreement will not be utilized for inherently religious activities prohibited by 24 CFR 570.200(j), such as worship, religious instruction, or proselytization.

  • Nepotism No employee shall be awarded a position where he/she is to be directly supervised by a member of his/her immediate family. “
