ATTACHMENT FACILITIES AND SYSTEM UPGRADE FACILITIES. 1. Reliability Project Overview The Reliability Project consists of a 345kV transmission line from the 345 kV Ramapo Facility and ultimately terminating at the Rock Tavern substation, owned by Central Xxxxxx Gas & Electric Corp. The interconnection details at Rock Tavern and Sugarloaf are part of separate Interconnection Agreements. The portion of the Reliability Project which is addressed by this Agreement is the Developer’s Transmission Project which shall be relocated from its present interconnection point at the 138kV Ramapo Facility and moved to the 345 kV Ramapo Facility. In addition, and as detailed below, System Upgrade Facilities at the Sugarloaf Substation will be needed to be constructed in order to permit the Developer to step down the voltage from 345kV to 138kV.
ATTACHMENT FACILITIES AND SYSTEM UPGRADE FACILITIES. 1. Reliability Project Overview The Reliability Project consists of the a 345kV transmission line from the 345kV Ramapo Substation and terminating at the Rock Tavern substation, owned by Central Xxxxxx. The Reliability Project requires certain modifications at the 138kV Ramapo Substation, the 345kV Ramapo Substation, and the 345kV Rock Tavern Substation. In addition, System Upgrade Facilities at the Sugarloaf Substation will need to be constructed in order to permit the voltages to be transformed from 345kV to 138kV.3 Finally, the 345kV transmission line will be interconnected to the Rock Tavern Substation4.
ATTACHMENT FACILITIES AND SYSTEM UPGRADE FACILITIES. The Generating Facility and all of the identified Attachment Facilities have been constructed and funded. The Generating Facility has been interconnected with the transmission system and operation since 1986, no new interconnection facilities or system upgrades are required to interconnect the Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System.

  • System Upgrade Facilities Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Attachment Facilities Not applicable, because there are no CTOAFs for the Merchant Transmission Facility that are covered by this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • System Protection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall, at its expense, install, operate and maintain System Protection Facilities as a part of the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. The Participating TO shall install at the Interconnection Customer's expense any System Protection Facilities that may be required on the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities or the Participating TO’s Transmission System as a result of the interconnection of the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.
