Attendance at Court or Tribunal. 24.01 A Teacher shall be granted a leave of absence from duty with pay and no loss of sick leave credits by reason of a summons to serve as a juror, or a subpoena as a witness in any proceedings to which they are not party or one of the persons charged, provided that the Teacher pays to the Board any fee, exclusive of traveling allowances and living expenses that they receive as a juror or witness.
