Examples of Leave of absence with pay in a sentence
Court Leave Leave of absence with pay shall be granted to every employee, other than an employee on leave of absence without pay, or under suspension, who is required to serve on a jury or by subpoena or summons to attend as a witness in any proceeding held as authorized by law, or before an arbitrator or umpire.
