Attendance at hospitals etc. Notwithstanding anything contained in subclause 36.1 above an Employee suffering injury through an accident arising out of and in the course of his/her employment requiring his/her attendance for treatment of the injury during working hours: 36.5.1 shall not suffer any loss of pay for the time required for such attendance; and 36.5.2 shall be reimbursed by the Employer, subject to the provision of receipts of expenditure, by the following pay week for all expenses incurred in connection with such attendance.
