Common use of Attendance at One Special School, Class or Course of Instruction Clause in Contracts

Attendance at One Special School, Class or Course of Instruction. (a) In addition to the leave granted under sub-clause 47.2 of this clause a period not to exceed sixteen (16) calendar days in any period of twelve months commencing on July 1, in each year may be granted by the employer, provided the employer is satisfied that the leave required is for a special purpose, and not for a further routine camp.
