Common use of Attendance Incentive Pay for Custodial Staff Clause in Contracts

Attendance Incentive Pay for Custodial Staff. ‌ Effective May 1, 2016, or the first day of the month after this Agreement has been approved by the School Board and ratified by the Union, an attendance incentive for custodial employees of thirty cents ($.30) per hour worked each month will be awarded, provided the employee is not absent for any reason during the month. If the custodian is, absent for any reason, he/she will not be eligible for the incentive pay for that month. Attendance incentive pay will be paid on the last pay date of the month immediately following the month the incentive pay was earned.
